Dhobi Laundry, its employees, and franchised branches are pleased to provide pick-up and delivery laundry services to our customers and offers quality and convenience at an cheap affordable price. We offer you, our customers, our services subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions stated and set forth below. Your use of Dhobi Laundry Service indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Please read the following provisions carefully and if you do not so agree, you should inform us and cease using the Services immediately. This agreement is strictly between Dhobi Laundry, its customers and services provided by parties subcontracted by Dhobi Laundry, and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties.

Pick-up/Delivery :

Locations : Pick-up/Delivery service is currently available in the Townships that Dhobi Laundry Center is existed.

Schedule : Pick-up/Delivery will take place within an hour if not have other unexpected situations after the customer’s call for laundry service to the nearest Dhobi Laundry Center.

Pick-up : Pick-up/Delivery staff will come collect your laundry when you call for laundry service. He will count the laundries by differentiating the laundry types and will make two Pick-up Invoices that includes customer name, laundry types and each counts, pick-up date, total laundry counts.  One Pick-up Invoice including staff’s signature will be accepted by customer and another invoice is need to sign by customer and give back to Pick-up/Delivery staff.

Delivery : Pick-up/Delivery staff will come deliver your laundry when the laundry service is finished and it will take about 24 hours starting from the pick-up time in case of regular situation. Laundry center will inform you if the delivery is late because of massive service load. You are responsible to check and sign that you receive your laundry correctly when our staff come deliver your laundry.

Terms : Accepting your Pick-up Invoice and signing the delivery record from the Pick-up/Delivery staff means you know that each laundry items and total count is correctly pick-up and delivered by the staff.

Laundry Care :

Dhobi Laundry will use reasonable efforts to maintain a high quality cleaning service. Dhobi Laundry accept no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions, or for dry clean items placed inside wash and fold bags. Laundry Care will follow any reasonable instructions provided, including as to water or drying temperature. However, Dhobi Laundry take cares of reading cleaning instruction labels of clothes submitted. Accordingly, Dhobi Laundry accept no liability for special care items that require special attention, including dry clean only items. Dhobi Laundry is not responsible for clothing bleeding, shrinking, or otherwise changing as a result of normal washing procedures. Precautions will be taken to alleviate these problems if possible. Dhobi Laundry reserve the right to refuse to clean any garment. Dhobi Laundry do not guarantee the removal of all stains. Dhobi Laundry will re-clean items that, in its sole discretion, were not properly cleaned and have not been worn since they were cleaned, at no additional cost. Dhobi Laundry is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewelry, or any other item. The customer agrees not to leave such items in their clothing or in their laundry bags. Zippers behave unpredictably while cleaning. Although zippers generally are not an issue, the client is notified that there is a possibility of zipper issues while following normal wash procedures, and Dhobi Laundry does not accept any liability for such issues.

Loss or Damage :

Missing or damaged items must be reported to Dhobi Laundry within 24 hours of delivery of your laundry bag. Failure to report the missing or damaged item within 24 hours shall remove any liability of Dhobi Laundry for the missing or damaged item. In the event that any item is lost or damaged by Dhobi Laundry, Dhobi Laundry will only issue the customer a refund that is equal to the 10 times price of service charge of that item.

Warning :

Dhobi Laundry will inform after your laundry is ready. Dhobi Laundry can hold your clothes for a maximum of one week after completely finished since we pick-up or accept. If the period extends beyond that, then Dhobi Laundry will have no responsibility of your your laundry. So, please get your laundry back during a week after finished.
